This might be one of these novelty items until such time as some laterally minded developer kicks off with a brilliant game.  But the Sony PSP featured in the image there has a camera connected to it.  According to the post on forevergeek.com the camera is of high quality so we will have to see what uses they come out for it.

Perhaps the camera can rotate so that you can use the screen as a viewfinder and still take pics / movies?
