The picoPSU-120 is the size of two AA batteries and runs completely silent as it uses no fans.  There is even potential to do away with the current PSU’s that are in use in some workstations now as this plugs directly into the motherboard’s ATX power connector.  Even though this PSU was designed for low-power CPU’s it has been reported that it can power a machine with a CPU of up to a P4 3GHz.
