Cellphone Jammers are becoming more popular these days especially with some of the wonderfully portable units such as this one. The CX 200 Portable Director II Cell Phone Jammer (Japanese) will provides you with two modes of cellular jamming. Either a 70-second timer mode or fading out a call with “natural atmosphere”.
The unit is powered by 4 alkaline batteries which provide either 150 timer-mode uses or 4 hours of continuous cellular jamming. Anyone within 3 meters should have their calls terminated if they are using NTT_DOCOMO (800MHz), FOMA (2gHz) or VodaFone (1. 5gHz).
Obviously it’s not yet very useful for the European or American market but our Asian friends should really spend the $71 to get the CX 200 Portable Cellphone Jammer

Who do I go about buying the CX-200?
You can buy it direct from their online store. It is all in Japanese but click the first button and it takes you to checkout.
But as noted in the post depeneding where you are this might not work for you.
