Dell have a PDF online suggesting that the Dell Axim X51 / X51v and it seems that they may in essence just be releasing the X50 with Windows Mobile 5. Spec wise it’s 624Mhz Intel XScale CPU, 64MB RAM, 128MB Flash and a 3.7 inch display. Seems we might be seeing this released today!
